LEADERSHIP
Guillaume Ganier, Engineer, Founder and CEO
Guillaume Ganier is a French software engineer and technology leader with more than 20 years of experience in software engineering, platform architecture, and team leadership.
A graduate of ESME Sudria in Paris, he began his career developing artificial intelligence simulation systems for defense training environments.
He later joined Thomson Reuters, where he worked on the EIKON financial trading platform used by financial professionals worldwide, contributing to frontend architecture and modern technology adoption.
After moving to Berlin, he led engineering teams in the digital media sector, first at txtr where he managed the Windows development team for the company’s eBook platform, and later at Storecast where he served as Head of Mobile Apps and then Chief Technology Officer, overseeing the development of large-scale consumer applications distributed across major European retail networks.
In 2020, he founded Kodo Tech to build developer platforms and help organizations improve software delivery processes.
He currently serves as Technical Lead at BNP Personal Finance, working on fraud detection systems based on scoring and expert decision engines.
Through Kodo Tech, he is developing Cortex, a platform designed to simplify the generation and management of cloud-native infrastructure artifacts such as Helm charts, Docker Compose stacks, and observability configurations.
